UPDATE: After Gateway Pundit published a story about the ban and Breitbart reporter Allum Bokhari contacted Amazon, the book was restored. Amazon claims it was an “error.”

Amazon must have realized the Streisand effect of their actions, where the act of banning information has the unintended consequence of further publicizing that information.
